Description

The Caramelles are a lively party, rooted and widespread throughout the Catalan Countries. They are a song of spring greeting made by a group of singers, in farmhouses, streets and squares of towns and cities, on Easter Florida. Candies were born at the end of the 16th century in the bosom of brotherhoods. The unique and distinctive song of the Roser confraternity was the Joys of the Virgin of the Rose. One way that the confraternity had to raise money was the captiris on the occasion of festivals where the pabordes sang the joys
