3Cat's mission is to offer all citizens of Catalonia, in compliance with the Parliament's mandate, a quality public audiovisual service, committed to ethical and democratic principles and to the promotion of culture and the Catalan language. The production and dissemination of this service will be managed with efficiency criteria and seeking maximum acceptance by the public.

The Library of Catalonia preserves and disseminates Catalan bibliographic production and documentary heritage. It is a consultation and research center, both analogue and digital. It offers exhibitions, events and access to its funds with prior registration. It also manages services such as the legal deposit, the ISSN and bibliographic standardization, regulated by regulations. This letter focuses on services intended for citizens.

The Archive preserves, organizes and disseminates documents of people and institutions. It has a cultural and administrative function, facilitating procedures and access to information. The Municipal Archive of Reus manages the funds of the City Council and advises on history and genealogy. The modern equipment has a capacity for 16,000 linear meters of documents, a library, a newspaper library and a multipurpose room for 50 people.

The Archive of the Crown of Aragon (ACA) is the historical archive that preserves the documentation of the institutions of the former Crown of Aragon and other Spanish historical funds. Created by King Jaume II in 1318 as the Royal Archives of Barcelona, ​​it accumulates more than seven centuries of history. Modernized during the Bourbon monarchy, it changed its name to ACA in 1754. Since 1993, its main headquarters has been in Calle dels Almogàvers, while Palau del Lloctinent hosts outreach activities.

The Archive is the cultural facility responsible for managing, safeguarding and disseminating the documentary heritage of the city of Tarragona. It is attached to the Municipal Archives and Documentation Service of Tarragona City Council, Ministry of Historical Heritage.

The Diocesan Archives of Urgell preserves documentation from the end of the 14th century and has been kept at the seat of the Bishopric. In the last quarter of the 20th century, the space was expanded and the parish archives from before the 20th century were incorporated, according to the decree of the Spanish Episcopal Conference. In 2014, it moved to a new building, located in Plaça Parc del Cadí, s/n, dedicated exclusively to the Urgell Archives.

The Municipal Archive Service of Lloret de Mar is a key administrative body for document management and the preservation of institutional memory. In a constant process of modernization, it provides technical support to the City Council, facilitates access to information and ensures transparency, administrative efficiency and the dissemination of documentary heritage among citizens and the research world.

Since 2004, in the Josep Pallach building, the Municipal Archive of the District of Sant Andreu houses funds relating to the district from public administration (Sant Andreu del Palomar City Council until its annexation to Barcelona in 1897 and subsequent municipal bodies), institutional (Peace Court), private (personal, business and association) and various collections such as posters and photographs.

The Sant Martí Municipal Archive, located since 1995 in a building in Vila Olímpica, preserves municipal district funds (Sant Martí de Provençals Town Council until its annexation to Barcelona in 1897 and subsequent municipal bodies), institutional (Court of Peace), private (individuals, companies, cooperatives and entities) and collections (photographs and posters).

Since 2011, the Eixample District Municipal Archive (AMDE) has been gathering, in a unique location at Calle Calabria 38, the district's funds from municipal bodies and individuals, companies and schools. It also preserves an outstanding collection of posters, postcards and photographs, all contributing to the preservation and dissemination of the historical memory of the Eixample.

The Municipal Archive of Sarrià-Sant Gervasi, in Casal de Sarrià, preserves district funds from the old municipalities of Sarrià, Sant Gervasi, Vallvidrera and Santa Creu d'Olorda until their incorporation into Barcelona in 1897, and from the district municipal bodies. It includes institutional funds of the Courts of Peace and the Tibidabo Amusement Park, private family, individual and entity funds, and collections of photographs and postcards.

The Catalan Orfeó Documentation Center (CEDOC) is a center specialized in musical documentation and especially in all that documentation that brings together the history of the Catalan Orfeó and the Palau de la Música Catalana. It is one of the most important centers of reference for the study of the history of music in Catalonia. The Library and Archive that make up the Center were created in 1891 together with the Catalan Orfeó. Custody documentation from the 12th century to the present day.

The Parets del Vallès Municipal Archive has been in operation since 1998 and, since then, has been making the documentary collections it holds available to the public, with extreme dates between the end of the 18th century and the present day. One of its functions, apart from conserving these funds, is to offer the possibility of incorporating private funds in order to preserve the documentation that helps us illustrate the history of our municipality.

The Central Archive of the Provincial Court of Tarragona holds 8 document collections: Presidency, Section 1a (Civil), Section 2a (Criminal), Section 3a (Civil), Section 4a (Criminal), Institute of Legal Medicine of Catalonia (Tarragona division) and Civil Registry of Tarragona. These documents make it possible to investigate the history of Law, the Social History of the 19th, 20th and 21st centuries of the Tarragona counties. The oldest document is a book of criminal sentences from 1884.

The ACJT safeguards and manages 31 funds. Among the most relevant ones we find that of the Court of First Instance number 4, because it was the old Municipal Court of Tarragona, and also that of the Zonal Electoral Board and Labor Magistrate. These documents make it possible to investigate the history of Law, the Social History of the 19th, 20th and 21st centuries of the Tarragona counties.

The Archive and Document Management unit is constituted as a central administrative unit that provides services to the entire administrative and academic structure of the University, and which, under the responsibility of the General Secretariat of the UdL, is responsible for the organization, management, treatment, custody and dissemination of the documents that form part of the University's documentary heritage.

The Historical Archive and Documentary Heritage Office of the UB is one of the three offices of the Electronic Administration, Document Management and Documentary Heritage Service of the UB (established in May 2022) and has been under the General Secretariat since 2007.

The Archive Service safeguards the administrative funds of the MMB and is responsible for their organization, dissemination and preservation. Access to consultation and reproduction will be subject to the state of conservation and current legal regulations (protection of personal data, copyright, etc.).

The documentary collection of the Institut d'Estudis Catalans is managed by the Documentation and Archives Service, headed by its manager with the support of two specialized people. Funds can be consulted through the IEC Open digital platform. The Archive also preserves personal and organizational funds linked to members of the Institute and prominent figures of Catalan culture, with more than 1,200 linear meters of documentation.

INSPAI, Center for the Image of the Diputació de Girona is a specialized public service that is part of the Area of ​​Culture of the Diputació de Girona, and which is characterized by the fact that it is one of the few specific facilities dedicated to the collection, treatment, conservation, dissemination, creation and promotion of the image, as well as training and technical advice aimed at municipalities and cultural centers and facilities.

The documentary collection gathers personal and institutional files related to cartography, geography and the management of the territory, such as those of the geographer Pau Vila, of the engineer Albert Serratosa, of the Gonzalo de Reparaz, father and son, that of Leonor Ferrer, the first woman draftsman of the Spanish state, or that of the former Meteorological Service of Catalonia.

You will also find panoramic photographs of landscapes, views from around the world and old image maps such as photoplans, photomosaics and orthophotomaps, especially of the Catalonia area. And a very important fund of analog aerial photographs with stereoscopy used to map the territory covering a period that goes from the 1940s to 2007.

Consisting of cartographic, geographical, historical publications and local monographs, the bibliographic collection covers a period from the 16th century to the present day. Among others it contains the personal libraries of Josep M. Puchades, specialized in geography and hydrology; the Josep M. Domènech library, specializing in local monographs from Catalonia, or the Isidre Carné library, specializing in literature and travel descriptions. It also has a newspaper library where 90% of the magazines are dedicated to the making and the cartographic theme. The entire fund is cataloged in the Collective Catalog of the Universities of Catalonia (CCUC).

The cartographic heritage of our institution covers Catalonia and the whole world, in all eras and in all formats. So, you can find loose maps, cartographic series, atlases, globes or relief maps that range from the 15th century to the 21st century and on all subjects: topographical, geological, tourist, hydrographic or war, to name a few examples.

The Cartoteca de Catalunya is a public service for direct and online consultation, which makes available to everyone ancient and modern cartographic documentation from all over the world and documentation related to the territory. And it is this worldwide coverage that is most remarkable. Created in 1985 and integrated into the Cartographic and Geological Institute of Catalonia (ICGC), it is structured into 4 large collections: The photographic collection, the documentary collection, the bibliographic collection and above all the cartographic collection which is the most extensive.

The National Archives of Catalonia, created in 1980, is assigned to the General Directorate of Cultural Heritage of the Department of Culture. Its mission is to manage, preserve and disseminate the archives and documents of the Government and the Administration of the Generalitat, as well as those of the people and entities that are a reflection of the country's past. It facilitates access to documents and information to guarantee people's rights, and as means for research, knowledge and the construction of collective identity.

The Archives of the Museu Picasso de Barcelona, ​​understood as a set of funds and archival documents, brings together an essential core of archives about the artist with the optimal level of organization following international archival criteria that guarantee their preservation and their access.

The Municipal Archive Service of Orís organizes, preserves and disseminates the local documentary heritage, guaranteeing the rights of citizens and the management of permanent conservation documents. It also holds funds and collections of individuals, entities and organizations linked to the municipality. The Orís Municipal Archive (AMOR), integrated in the Municipal Archives Network, has been managed by a traveling archivist from the Provincial Council since 2007.

We collect, organize, preserve, disseminate and make available to citizens and the administration itself the documentation generated and received by the City Council. The Municipal Archive of Valls preserves historical and administrative documentation of the city since the 16th century. It has a thousand linear meters of documents, reading room, library and reprographic service. The collection of images stands out, with the oldest photograph from 1854, a collection of Pere Català Pic and an image of the Xiquets de Valls (1863). The equipment is a common resource for local and County historians and researchers.

Administrative and historical archive that manages the documentation of the Torredembarra City Council and ensures the safeguarding of the municipal documentary heritage by entering and guarding association, business, institutional, personal or patrimonial funds of the town.

The Municipal Archive of Torelló is in charge of managing the documentary funds generated, gathered or received by Torelló Town Council in the exercise of its functions, as well as private funds that have been transferred to the archive by citizens and local entities representative of the history of the municipality. The Archive Service supports the local administration in the exercise of its own functions and is an active agent in the context of the implementation of electronic administration. At the same time, it is one of the reference services in support of citizens' right of access to public information.

The Archive of Tarragona manages, preserves and disseminates the documentary heritage of the city. It depends on the Municipal Archives and Documentation Service and includes four sections: the Historical Archive (municipal documents and private funds), the Administrative Archive (document management and electronic archive), the Hemeroteca Library (local specialized fund) and the Image Center (visual documentation of the city).

The Sant Joan Despí Municipal Archive, created in 1993, has the mission of preserving, organizing and disseminating the local documentary heritage. XVIII until today and manages private funds such as Can Codina (XV-XX century), Cor de Flora (XIX-XX century) or Francesc Calvet (XX century). The conservation of the projects of the works of the architect Josep M. Jujol (1913-1949) stands out.

The Municipal Historical Archive of Montornès del Vallès is the service responsible for entering, organizing, conserving, making accessible and disseminating the documentation generated or received by the City Council in the exercise of its powers throughout its entire history, from the middle of the 19th century to the present day.

The Moià Municipal Archive is part of the Municipal Archives Network (XAM) and has been managed by an itinerant archivist from the Diputació de Barcelona since 2005.

The Municipal Archive Service of Masquefa (AMMAS) is responsible for organizing, conserving and disseminating the documentary heritage of the municipality. It guarantees the rights of citizens and manages documents for permanent conservation, as well as funds and collections of individuals, entities and bodies linked to Masquefa. It is part of the Municipal Archives Network (XAM) and has been managed by an itinerant archivist from the Diputació de Barcelona since 2007.

The Municipal Archive of Manlleu (AMMA) manages and preserves historical and administrative documentation of the City Council, as well as funds of companies, entities and people linked to the municipality. The main repository is at the Town Hall, but the historical fund has been in the Osona County Archives since 2013 to improve its conservation. Inquiries are made via web form or email.

The Municipal Archive is responsible for the documentary heritage of Lleida City Council, which manages the documentation produced and received by the municipal institution and makes it available to users. Its documentary scope makes it one of the richest municipal archives with ancient documentation, the first document it preserves is the Population Charter dated January 1150, but it is not only in charge of the ancient documentation but is also responsible for all the electronic documentation currently generated by the institution. In addition, it preserves more than 60 private funds, making it undoubtedly the City Archive. In this way, it not only preserves part of the city's documentary heritage but also disseminates it and seeks its access and dissemination, either in person or virtually through its website and social networks.

We are the Municipal Archive that preserves the documentary collection produced by the City Council of l'Hospitalet de Llobregat throughout its history. We are a historical and administrative archive at the same time, we keep nearly 10 linear kilometers of documentation. We also keep personal, entity, company and heritage funds related to the city of L'Hospitalet that have come to us thanks to donations.

The Municipal Archive Service of l'Esquirol is responsible for organizing, conserving and disseminating the documentary heritage of the municipality. It guarantees the rights of citizens and manages documents for permanent conservation, as well as funds and collections of individuals, entities and organizations linked to the Squirrel. It is part of the Municipal Archives Network (XAM) and has been managed by an itinerant archivist from the Diputació de Barcelona since 2007.

The Municipal Archive Service of Gualba is responsible for organizing, conserving and disseminating the documentary heritage of the municipality. It guarantees the rights of citizens and manages documents for permanent conservation, as well as funds and collections of individuals, entities and organizations linked to Gualba. It is part of the Municipal Archives Network (XAM) and has been managed by an itinerant archivist from the Diputació de Barcelona since 2007.

The AMGr has a double function: as the administrative archive of the Granollers Town Council, through a document management system to process the documents generated or received by the municipal administration and its bodies; and as the city's historical archive, guaranteeing the preservation and dissemination of the local documentary heritage. The documentation is organized into more than 80 funds and collections and has four specialized sections: Image and Sound, Newspaper Archive, Historical Archive and Administrative and Electronic Archive.

The Municipal Archive Service of Gironella is the service of the town hall dedicated to the organization, classification, conservation and dissemination of the local documentary heritage. The Municipal Archive of Gironella is part of the Municipal Archives Network (XAM) and has been managed by a traveling archivist from the Diputació de Barcelona since 2006.

The Municipal Archive Service of Folgueroles (AMFO) is responsible for organizing, preserving and disseminating the documentary heritage of the municipality. It guarantees the rights of citizens and manages documents for permanent conservation, as well as funds and collections of individuals, entities and organizations linked to Folgueroles. It is part of the Municipal Archives Network (XAM) and has been managed by an itinerant archivist from the Diputació de Barcelona since 2006.

The Dosrius Municipal Archive is key to learning about local history and preserves the municipality's documentary heritage. The main fund is that of the City Council, but there are also entities, patrimonials and companies, with outstanding collections such as souvenirs of communion. Currently, the fund is divided into two deposits, but it will soon be unified in new facilities to improve its conservation and consultation.

The Municipal Archive of Castelló d'Empúries is located on the ground floor of the convent of Sant Domènec, seat of the City Council. It preserves nearly a kilometer and a half of documentation spread over three deposits. Apart from the municipal fund, almost a hundred private funds and heritage archives are preserved, covering a chronological period that goes from the 9th century to the present day.

It is part of the Municipal Archives Network (XAM) and has been managed by an itinerant archivist from the Diputació de Barcelona since 2005.

The Municipal Archive of Castelldefels manages the municipal document management system, guaranteeing the conservation, access and dissemination of funds to ensure legality, transparency and participation. It organizes, describes and preserves documentation from the City Council and other local funds, becoming a research center on local history. Keeps documents from the s. XVI until today, in various formats, many already digitized or in the process.

The Municipal Archive of Castellbisbal (AMCAS) preserves, guards, disseminates and guarantees access to public and private documents under its responsibility. It promotes research and dissemination of local documentary heritage, manages the policies and tools of the City Council's Document Management System, and works to improve administrative processing and offer accessible and quality services to citizens and internal users.

The Municipal Archive of Cassà de la Selva is integrated into the City Council's service building which is located at Rambla Onze de Setembre, 107. It consists of a consultation and work room, an archive depository and a classification room. The consultation room is equipped with computer connection points. It is equipped with an auxiliary newspaper library, it has inventories and catalogs of documentation. The oldest document it preserves is a parchment from the twelfth century.

The Municipal Archive of Canet de Mar is the service that organizes, preserves and disseminates the documentary heritage of the municipality. Opened in 2002, it manages the documentation generated by the City Council and also funds and collections deposited by individuals and local entities. It holds about 700 linear meters of documents, from the 16th century to today. In addition, he collaborates in the Raimon Bonal i de Falgàs Local Research Award and Scholarship.

The Municipal Archive Service of Campins is the service of the town hall dedicated to the organization, classification, conservation and dissemination of the local documentary heritage. It guarantees the rights of citizens and manages documents for permanent conservation, and the funds and collections of individuals, entities and organizations linked to the municipality of Campins. The Campins Municipal Archive has been part of the Municipal Archives Network (XAM) of the Barcelona Provincial Council since 2004.

The Municipal Archive of Cambrils preserves, organizes and disseminates the documentary heritage of the City Council and other funds of local interest, guaranteeing access for administrative management, research and collective memory. It is part of the Catalan Archives System, with administrative and historical sections. Keeps documents from the s. XIX, funds of organizations and special collections. It disseminates local history with cultural activities and is committed to digitization and online access.

The Alpens Municipal Archive Service is responsible for organizing, conserving and disseminating the local documentary heritage. It manages the permanent conservation documents and funds of individuals, entities and organizations linked to the municipality, guaranteeing the rights of citizens. It is part of the Municipal Archives Network (XAM) and has been managed by an itinerant archivist from the Diputació de Barcelona since 2011.

We are the Municipal Archive of Barcelona. We manage more than 50 km of documents, 3 million photographs and thousands of graphic, audiovisual, electronic and sound documents. We preserve and disseminate the documentary heritage of the city from the oldest parchment to digital documents. We work in a network through several specialized centers and serve more than 70,000 users annually, also online.

The Montserrat Tarradellas i Macià Archive (AMTM), incorporated in 1981 into the Archive of the Monastery of Poblet by the will of Josep Tarradellas, preserves its bibliographic and documentary collection on the civil war, exile and the re-establishment of the Generalitat. It also hosts other funds related to Catalan social and political life. Located in the former Palau de l’Abat, it is accessible to researchers of legal age with prior request.

The COAC Historical Archive (AHCOAC) has been receiving professional funds from architects, institutions, magazines and photographers linked to architecture since 1969 who want to make their documentation available to researchers. It manages these funds according to international standards and brings together collections on architecture, urban planning, landscaping and design, with the aim of being a reference archive in Europe, with five offices in Catalonia.

The Provincial Historical Archive of Tarragona (AHT) was created in 1944, although the initial project dates from 1931. Initially intended to preserve notarial protocols, it also includes municipal documentation up to 1799. Since 1981 it has been managed by the Generalitat and acts as the County Archive of Tarragonès. It preserves 183 funds, highlighting those of the Civil Government and the Treasury. It has a capacity of 7,300 linear meters distributed between the main and the auxiliary tank.

The Historical Archive of Protocols of Barcelona (AHPB), managed by the Notary College of Catalonia, is part of the General Archive of Protocols of the Notary District of Barcelona. It preserves manuals, notarial books and protocols dating back more than a hundred years, being the first notarial archive of the State and one of the most relevant in the world. It is divided into Protocols, Special Desks, Patrimonial Funds, Foreigners, Miscellaneous, Parchments and Sealed Wills. Includes royal, ecclesiastical and heritage documents.

The Historical Archive of Lleida (AHL), created in 1952, has had its current headquarters on Illa de la Maternitat since 2005. Since 1981, it has been managed by the Generalitat and acts as the County Archive of Segrià. It preserves documents from the 13th to the 21st centuries. The notarial funds, that of the Intendencia (cadastre from the 18th century), that of the Civil Government, of Francoist organizations, of the Court of Political Responsibilities, as well as heritage funds and a collection of manuscripts stand out.

The Historical Archive of Girona (AHG) was created in 1952, although the founding decree dates from 1931. Since 1981, it has been managed by the Generalitat and acts as the County Archive of Gironès. The current headquarters, in the former convent of the Carmelites, was inaugurated in 1984. The notarial funds (1261-1919), the Civil Government, the Cadastre and the Mortgage Accounts are noteworthy. It has a specialized library and the construction of a new headquarters in the Fontajau neighborhood is pending.

The Cardona Archive manages the historical documentation of the municipality and City Council, as well as numerous family and industrial funds that cover from 986 (Repopulation Charter) to the modern exploitation of potassium salts (1914-1990), including the commercialization of salt from the salt pans. Created in 1986, it is part of the County Archives Network as another location of the Bages County Archives.

The Tarragona Archdiocesan Historical Archive is a non-profit cultural institution that belongs to the Archdiocese of Tarragona, whose purpose is to manage, preserve, restore and disseminate the documentary heritage of the Archdiocese of Tarragona. Apart from the institution's own funds, the AHAT also hosts and manages the funds of the Tarragona Cathedral Chapter Archive and the Hospital de Sant Pau i Santa Tecla de Tarragona Archive, which it holds in deposit, with the aim of conserving, restoring and facilitating access and consultation.

The General Archive of the Provincial Council of Tarragona manages its own documentation and that of its dependent bodies. It has several documentary collections, the main one being that of the County Council itself, with documentation from the mid-19th century to the present day. It is an open fund accessible to the public. It also preserves funds from autonomous bodies, boards of trustees, foundations, other provincial entities, external funds, library, newspaper library, images and collections.

The General Archive of the Provincial Council of Barcelona (AGDB) is a public archive managed by the Provincial Council, integrated into the Office of Archives and Document Management. It directs the management, conservation, dissemination and consultation of its documentary collections, supports corporate documentary management and promotes electronic administration. It manages more than 16 km of documents, 100,000 photographs and many graphic, audiovisual and sound materials. The public consultation takes place at the Maternity Hospital and the Industrial School.

The EtsaB·Càtedra Gaudí Archive organizes, preserves and facilitates access to the funds, in any format, that over the years have been produced as a result of their activities and/or collected by ETSAB and the Gaudí Chair. The Archive is also interested in all those contemporary materials that help in the future to be able to interpret the historical set of activities of the ETSAB and the Gaudí Chair.

The Episcopal Archive and Library of Vic is a unique documentary and bibliographic collection due to its volume and chronological scope. As for the Archive, it contains the documentation generated over the course of twelve centuries (9th-21st century), by the ecclesiastical institutions of the Diocese of Vic (bishop, chapter of canons, parishes,...), and other non-ecclesiastical funds that it has gathered over time (notarial funds, royal administration,...), all of them referring to the diocese's territory and related areas.

The Lleida Diocesan Archive preserves documentation generated by the bishops, the curia and the parish archives from 1707, since the previous one was lost during the War of Succession. Despite having material from 1149, the demolition of the Episcopal Palace and the Civil War of 1936 caused serious losses. Currently, the archive is also the depository of the parish books that the parishes have wished to entrust to it, ensuring their custody and conservation.

The Diocesan Archive of Girona preserves the documentary memory of the diocese: historical documentation of the Curia, diocesan entities and parish archives over a hundred years old. It supports administrative management and research. The Chapter Archive has been keeping the documentation of the Chapter and the Cathedral since the 9th century. Both, together with the Diocesan Library of the Seminary, have a unified direction.

The Port Archive was created with the purpose of safeguarding the documentary heritage of the port administration from its origins to the present day. With the creation of this equipment, the Port of Tarragona became one of the pioneering ports in the field of the recovery of written and documentary heritage, an action that was strongly linked to the concern for cultural issues and the approach to citizens that it has demonstrated since then.

The Archive holds the documentation resulting from the chamber's activity, both parliamentary and administrative, from its inauguration in 1980 to the present day. It also preserves historical funds that have entered through donations or restitutions, particularly highlighting the documentation of the Catalan Parliament of the Republic from 1932-1939.

The County Archive of Osona (ACOS) was created in 1990 and opened to the public in 1995 in the old Carmel convent. In 2010 it moved to a new building, the result of an agreement between the Generalitat and Vic City Council. Custody semi-active documentation of public bodies in the region and private funds such as that of the Hospital de la Santa Creu. It stands out for its rich photographic archive, with numerous personal collections and local collections of historical photography.

The County Archive of the Lake Plan, located in the cloister of the Monastery of Sant Esteve in Banyoles, began its activity in 2007 thanks to an agreement between the Generalitat, the County Council and Banyoles City Council. It functions as a county and municipal archive. It has a capacity of more than 5,500 linear m of documentation, where it guards a rich variety of documentary heritage, such as the Carles Fontserè collection, that of Banyoles Town Council (1244–2017) and others of a business, family and photographic nature.

The County Archive of Pallars Sobirà (ACPS), inaugurated on April 28, 1995 in Sort, was created through an agreement signed in 1992 between the Department of Culture, the County Council and Sort Town Hall. Managed by the County Council, custody of municipal funds, of the County Council, of the notary district, of the Mortgage Accounting Office, as well as various heritage funds and microfilmed copies of the Pallars fund and others.

The County Archive of Pallars Jussà (ACPJ), opened on February 12, 2009 in Tremp, occupies a modern building built on the old site of Casa Sullà. Shares space with the County Council. Managed since December 2009, the archive preserves public and private funds of the Pallars Jussà, highlighting the municipal fund of Tremp, the notarial and the judicial. It has an auxiliary library, newspaper library and 946 linear meters of documentation.

The Arxiu Comarcal del Montsià (ACMO), inaugurated at the end of 2010, is the first County archive in Catalonia with a co-management model between the Generalitat, the Ajuntament d’Amposta and the Montsià County Council. Located in Amposta, the ACMO has 1,374 m² distributed over three floors with spaces for consultation, internal work, conservation deposits and digitization treatments. Its mission is to preserve and disseminate the documentary heritage of the region, with optimal conditions to guarantee its conservation.

The Maresme County Archive (ACM), created in 1984 and located in Can Palauet de Mataró, preserves documentation from the 12th to the 21st century. It holds municipal, notarial, judicial and private archives, as well as collections of scrolls, newspapers and posters. With more than 4,062 linear meters of documentation at the end of 2022, the ACM ensures the conservation and access to its funds, in addition to conducting dissemination activities and advising local bodies on document management.

The Garraf County Archive (ACGAF), created in 1997, is located in the old Geltrú Castle in Vilanova i la Geltrú. It preserves municipal (1414-2009), notarial (1560-1981), judicial (1870-1998), personal, associative and photographic collections. It also has a newspaper library and an auxiliary library. It currently has 4,619 linear meters of documentation and a Contemporary Documents Section opened in 2010 with more than 7,000 additional linear meters.

The Berguedà County Archive (ACBR) was created in 1983 and was inaugurated in 2001 in the Swedish Pavilion in Berga. It preserves municipal, notarial, judicial, patrimonial, personal and citizen entity funds. Highlights include more than 165,000 digitized photographs, a newspaper library with 357 titles and a county library with 1,412 titles. Its aim is to preserve and disseminate the documentary heritage of Berguedà.

The County Archive of the Baix Penedès (ACBP) was created in 1983 and inaugurated in 1995 in Vendrell, in a purpose-built building. It preserves public and private documentation from the 13th century until today. Municipal, notarial, customs, patrimonial and personal funds stand out, as well as photographic collections, parchments and manuscripts. It includes funds from organizations such as the Nens del Vendrell castellan gang and has an auxiliary library specialized in historical subjects.

The County Archive of Baix Llobregat (ACBL) was created in 1983 and the current headquarters were inaugurated in 2015 in Sant Feliu de Llobregat. It is part of the County Archives Network and is managed with the County Council. It preserves more than 3,000 meters of documentation from 124 funds, including municipal, notarial and institutional archives. The holdings of the Elena Francis Office (1951–1972) stand out, with 100,000 letters and more than 110,000 images, a specialized library and newspaper library with more than 600 titles.

The County Archive of Baix Empordà was created in 1982 and inaugurated in 1984 at the Bisbal Castle. Since 2012 it has had a new headquarters designed by the architect Jordi Casadevall. Managed with the County Council since 1991, it conserves municipal, County, institutional and private funds. At the end of 2011, it had 1,400 linear meters of documents, in addition to images, plans and posters, with more than 311,000 digitized pages.

The Baix Ebre County Archive (ACBE) was created in 1983 and is based at the Sant Jaume and Sant Maties College in Tortosa, inaugurated as an archive in 1997. It is part of the County Archives Network and is managed by the County Council. It preserves about fifty funds, highlighting that of Tortosa Town Hall (since 1149) and the notary (since the 14th century), with more than 2,000 volumes and 1,754 parchments. It exceeds 3,000 meters of documentation

The Baix Camp County Archive (ACBC) was created in 1982 and opened its new headquarters on June 11, 2010. It is managed by the Generalitat, the County Council and Reus City Council. The current building has a capacity for 16,000 linear meters. It preserves prominent public and private funds, such as those of Reus City Council, notarial, judicial or religious, and collections of scrolls, photographs and posters. It also has an auxiliary library and newspaper library.

The Bages County Archive (ACBG) was created in 1995 and opened in 1999 at the Old College of Sant Ignasi in Manresa. Custody public and private funds of the Bages, highlighting those of Manresa City Council, notarial, personal and business, with a rich photographic fund. It also has a newspaper library and auxiliary historical library. In 2016, it had 3,343.6 linear meters of documentation.

The Urgell Comarcal Archive (ACUR) was created in 1982 and has had its current headquarters in Tàrrega since 1986. It is part of the County Archives Network and has been managed by the County Council since 1989. It preserves public and private funds, notably the municipal one of Tàrrega, that of the Pedrolo family, the J. Trepat factory or the Athenaeum. It also has a specialized library and County newspaper library.

The County Archives of Vallès Oriental (ACVO), inaugurated in 2005 in Granollers, is part of the County Archives Network and is managed by the County Council and the City Council. It has a capacity of 10,000 linear meters, of which 6,600 are occupied. It preserves funds from several town halls, notaries, courts and County institutions, as well as scrolls (12th–17th centuries), photographic funds and a newspaper library. It shares space with the Granollers Municipal Archive and offers digital access to its holdings.

The County Archive of Vallès Occidental (ACVOC), created in 1982 and located in Terrassa, also includes the Historical Archive of Terrassa (1932). Custody 315 documentary collections (5,466 m) and an auxiliary library (250 m). It preserves documents from the 9th century. The new building, inaugurated in 2014, has storage, digitization and consultation areas. Its mission is to preserve and disseminate the documentary heritage, while acting as a cultural agent and advisor in documentary management.

The Arxiu Comarcal del Solsonès (ACS), inaugurated in 1995 and located in the old Llobera Hospital, preserves more than 1,000 linear meters of documentation, from the 13th century until today. It stands out for the funds of Solsona Town Council, the old district notary, the Josep Maria Vicens i Purgimon photographic fund and various funds of local entities. With a territorial vocation, custody of more than 89% of the funds of the local administration of the region.

The County Archives of Ripollès (ACRI), opened in 2001 and located in the old Ripoll hospital, is part of the County Archives Network. With 740 m² and capacity for nearly 5,000 linear meters of documentation, its mission is to preserve and disseminate the documentary heritage of Ripollès. Custodians outstanding funds such as those of the councils of Ripoll, Campdevànol, Ribes de Freser and the Court of Ripoll.

The County Archive of the Priorat (ACPR), located in the castle of Falset, was created through an agreement signed on September 22, 2000 and inaugurated on July 27, 2005. It preserves outstanding funds such as those of the councils of Falset and Capçanes, microfilmed funds of the barony of Entença and the county of Prades, and an important set of funds of agricultural cooperatives, among them the Wine Syndicate of Low Priory (1912).

The Arxiu Comarcal del Pla d’Urgell (ACPU), inaugurated on December 22, 2009, was created through an agreement signed on September 13, 2006. The building, with a new floor and 1,042 m², has a capacity for 7,525 linear meters. The ACPU preserves, treats and disseminates the county's documentary heritage and currently holds around 2,003 linear meters of documentation from around fifty funds.

The County Archives of the Garrigues (ACGAR), located in Borges Blanques, is part of the Network of County Archives of the Generalitat. It has 1,292 m² distributed over two floors with consultation, meeting and work rooms, as well as spaces for the conservation, digitization and processing of documents. It has four tanks with a capacity for 6,000 linear meters and environmental control systems. The building is accessible and has security measures.

The County Archive of Anoia (ACAN) was created in 1982 and opened in 1986 in Cal Maco. In 1990, management passed to the County Council and in 2019 it was located in the renovated building of La Teneria. Keeps public and private documentation according to Law 10/2001. Highlights include the notarial, personal and company funds of Igualada City Council, the Generalitat, as well as an important photographic fund and a library and newspaper library specializing in photography and film.

The County Archives of Alta Ribagorça (ACAR), located in Pont de Suert, is the 39th of the County Archives Network. It is located in the former 16th century Abbey Palace and has 600.88 m² spread over four floors. It has tanks with a capacity for 1,468.80 linear m and specialized conservation systems. It has a consultation room, work spaces and accessibility for people with functional diversity.

The Alt Urgell County Archive (ACAU) will be inaugurated on June 11, 2010. The result of agreements between the Generalitat, the County Council and the Seu d'Urgell Town Council, it integrates the municipal archive and its staff. The building, the work of Santi Orteu, has a capacity of 9,000 ml and has several specialized spaces. It preserves public and private documentation, highlighting 700 ml of the municipal, notarial, judicial and agrarian chambers fund.

The County Archive of Alt Penedès, inaugurated in 1983 in Vilafranca, holds 3900 linear meters of documents. It is the main archival institution of the region and manages public and private funds. The building, the work of several architects, is made up of three spaces: storage, work room and consultation. It gathers, preserves and disseminates relevant documentary heritage and also acts as a local administrative archive.

The Alt Camp County Archive was created in 1978 as the Valls Municipal Historical Archive and became County in 1983. In 2006 it adopted its current name to include document management. It has served more than 14,000 users and maintains more than 100 funds that exceed 2,000 linear meters. 17 municipal funds (mainly that of Valls), the notary, the Impremta Castells, the Veciana family and the Mercadé collection with the manuscript of Les Grandeses de Tarragona stand out.

The County Archive of Terra Alta (ACTA) will be inaugurated on June 29, 2013 in Gandesa to preserve and disseminate the documentary heritage of the region. It is part of the County Archives Network and is managed with the Generalitat, the County Council and the City Council. It has a capacity of 7,000 ml and currently has 2,461 ml installed. Includes consultation room, multipurpose room, disinfection, classification and unloading dock.

The Arxiu Marcal de la Selva (ACSE) was created in 1982 and inaugurated in 1983. It has new headquarters since 2015 in Carrer Sant Dalmau in Santa Coloma de Farners. It preserves 2,100 linear meters of documents (13th–21st centuries), highlighting municipal, notarial and private funds, such as that of the Military Clinic no. 5. It includes collections of prints, photographic collections from the 19th and 20th centuries, a county library with 5,000 books and an auxiliary newspaper library.

The Segarra County Archive was created in 1982 as the County Historical Archive of Cervera and is part of the Historical Archives Network. It has been based in the University building since 1988 and adopted its current name in 1995. The County Council shares the management. It preserves collections such as the municipal one of Cervera, with scrolls from 1072, and the notary (1325–1917), as well as outstanding manuscripts such as the "Mystery of the Passion" books from the 16th century.

The Ribera d'Ebre County Archive (ACRE) was created in 2004 and opened in 2007 in a new building in Móra d'Ebre. It is part of the County Archives Network and is managed with the City Council and the County Council. Preserves and disseminates the public and private documentary heritage of the region. It manages 74 funds, with more than 1,000 linear meters, highlighting municipal funds and several relevant private funds.

The Noguera County Archive (ACN) was created in 1981 and inaugurated in 1983 at Balaguer Town Hall. In 2005 it moved to a new building in Plaça dels Comtes d'Urgell. It preserves public and private funds of the region, highlighting the municipal and notarial funds of Balaguer. It offers digital copies of documents, a library specializing in local history and a newspaper library with nearly a hundred La Noguera headbooks.

The Garrotxa County Archive (ACGAX) was created in 1983 by agreement between Olot City Council and the Generalitat. It has a new headquarters since 2012 in Puig del Roser. Since 2009 it has been managed jointly with the County Council. It preserves documentary collections from the 13th century, more than 120,000 images, a library and newspaper archive. He manages the Ernest Lluch Scholarship and publishes the magazine Estudis Històrics de la Garrotxa and the newsletter El Cartipàs.

The Conca de Barberà County Archive (ACCB), created in 1982 and part of the County Archives Network, is located in the old Santa Magdalena de Montblanc Hospital. Since 1990, it has been managed by the County Council. It preserves and disseminates the county's documentary heritage, public and private, with more than 16 municipal, notarial funds since 1276, association funds and various collections. It has a consultation room, deposits and an event room in the old chapel.

The County Archives of Cerdanya (ACCE), created in 1984 and inaugurated in 1989, is part of the County Archives Network. It is located in the old convent of Sant Domènec de Puigcerdà. It was born to give continuity to the municipal archive and cover the county area. Today it holds more than 900 m.l. of documents, with notarial, municipal funds and parchments. It promotes digitization to facilitate access to funds, overcoming their geographical situation.

The Alt Empordà County Archives (ACAE), created in 1984 and inaugurated in 1991, is part of the County Archives Network. It is located in the old modernist slaughterhouse in Figueres. Managed by the County Council, it preserves public and private documentary heritage of Alt Empordà, with 2,150 m.l. of documents since the 11th century. It stands out for municipal, notarial, judicial and patrimonial funds, and for the digitization of press and archives with more than a million files.

The Lleida Chapter Archive preserves and manages the documentation produced by the Cathedral Chapter from the 9th century to the present day. It gathers funds of great historical value such as scrolls, codices, incunabula, work books, choir books, cartographic fund and others. It supports research and offers consultation services, digitization and dissemination activities.

The Chapter Archive of the Cathedral of Barcelona, ​​active since the 9th century, is one of the most important in Europe in terms of medieval documentation. It preserves and manages the funds produced by the Cathedral, the Chapter and other institutions, with series started in the 14th century that still survive. With more than 40,000 scrolls, 257 codices and 12,000 volumes, it includes liturgical, economic and notarial documentation. Since 1969 he has worked in conservation, research and dissemination.

The General Archive of Aran (AGA) was created by agreement in 1995 between the Generalitat, the General Council of Aran and Vielha City Council. Inaugurated in 1998, it is based in Çò d'Ademà, a manor house from 1820. It collects documentation from the Council, public institutions and, through agreements, also private funds. The historical institutional and patrimonial funds stand out. It has an auxiliary library on County topics and social sciences.

The Archive of the Monastery of Sant Benet de Montserrat safeguards the funds of the Benedictine nuns of Sant Benet and, since 2021, it has been managed by ACUB Àmbit Cultural de Benedictines, preserving its own funds. The Archive of the Monastery of Sant Pere de les Puel·les, also under ACUB, preserves the community’s fund (active since 946), as well as family funds of nuns, personal funds of priestesses, related entities and various collections.
