Description

The selection of this document is justified by its exceptional value as the founding charter of Cardona and its town in the legal framework of privileges and freedoms granted by the county council, and which make it worthy of being its own chapter in the history of law. And of course, to still emanate jurisprudence in accrediting the usufruct that Cardona and its inhabitants enjoy over the salt and its exploitation through the Right of Aimines.
