In this case, the emphyteutes are the inhabitants of the place of Bonastre and the feudal lord Francesc Bernat de Pons, abbot of the monastery of Sant Cugat del Vall\u00e8s, as lord of the town and barony of Vendrell and also of the places of Santa Oliva, Albinyana, Bonastre and Sant Vicen\u00e7 de Calders.
