Deliberation of the Plenum of the Puigcerd\u00e0 Village Council on August 7, 1659, which raised the need to inform the King of Spain of the disadvantages that would arise from separating the county of Cerdanya from the county of Rossell\u00f3. This document shows how the local governments were aware of the peace talks between France and Spain and did what little they could to prevent the separation of the territories.
