The document is a sample of the institutional architecture of the first third of the 20th century, at a time of consolidation of the administration of justice on a local scale. Beyond its technical value, the plan reflects the desire to provide the territory with decent and functional public facilities. It is also an example of how architecture contributes to the configuration of urban space and the representation of public power.
